Walmart Vision & Glasses is a friendly and helpful business with a staff that provides excellent customer service. The ladies at the front are always nice, and the team includes a knowledgeable optometrist who has been serving patients for many years. Customers appreciate the reasonable pricing for contact lens exams and lenses. The staff in person are described as wonderful and caring, especially when calming and explaining things to children who may be scared. However, some customers experienced difficulty with phone communication and appointment scheduling, noting issues with appointments not being in the system despite prior scheduling. Overall, the business is appreciated for its caring staff, reasonable prices, and positive experiences, especially with the helpfulness of staff like Jerry and the compassionate approach to children.
Dr Weber is a great Optometrist. The staff while you’re there in person are wonderful and helpful. However, getting someone to answer the phone or getting an appointment scheduled correctly once you get someone in a call could use some work. We scheduled 4 appointments 2 months in advance, just to show up for one and be told it’s not in the system. I tried to call to check on the other appointments and the phone rang and rang.
My daughter and I both had appointments and she was scared. She had never seen an eye doctor. They calmed her fears and were excellent with her! I have never in my life of going to eye doctors seen someone get on her level and explain everything to a scared child. She ended up not needing glasses but told her she could get blue light glasses to help protect her eyes when she plays on her tablet and laptop for school. They are amazing!
Of course Dr. Weber was great as usual, been going to him for many years, but I just had to comment on Trevaughn and Ajah. They were both very professional and pleasant. It took me a while to find the right frames and Ajah was very patient and helpful. Thanks for the good experience and keep up the good work!
