Love Studio Strong! I highly recommend Studio Strong for in-studio circuit training and one-on-one personal training. The trainers are great and the atmosphere is so inviting and comfortable.
I love this gym and the people. No judgement zone, can work from all levels of strength (no matter how strong or how weak!. Programs are adaptable to your needs. Coming from someone who has has multiple surgeries...I need adaptability!
I have made the best of friends here and always leave their feeling great from workouts and conversation! Always amazing!! If looking for a place - check them out. Doreen, Dave, and team are all great!
LOVE this gym! The knowledge, patience and kindness of each of the trainers helped me feel confident in joining a gym! I don't love gyms but Studio Strong is different, it's just you and your trainer and they work to craft a workout plan specific to your wants/needs. Such a great environment!!!!!
