Best plumbing service I've ever used for business and residential. PJ is very professional and efficient. The whole staff is very polite and pleasing to communicate with. Highly recommended.

I was having serious sump pump problems, I called Maxson at about 3:00Pm and had to leave a voicemail message and expected a call back hopefully the next day. I received a call within 1/2 hour, the assistant who called back was very professional, listened to me and set me up with an appointment the next day for between10-12 am. PJ the plumber arrived about 10:30 the next day as promised. Pj was very polite and and a great plumber! I had nightmares about what was going to happened because it was not going to be a simple sub pump replacement because of where the pump was located and how the old pump was installed. Our entire experience with Maxson was wonderful! No one likes having a plumbing issue, but if you have one, this is the place to call. I called and talked to Anita at the office. I knew that it might be the following day for them to come out, since I called after 12:00 PM. She quickly looked and said that they had a plumber in our area already and may be able to squeeze me in the same day. And she did! PJ and his apprentice (I wish I had gotten his name) were at our home within an hour of when I called, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed very quickly. The price was so reasonable!
