They were great as usual!!! First, they were able to get in before the appointment time; which was a good thing. Second, the technician was very professional. Third, the technician explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. I am very pleased with the service they provide.

Incredibly fast, efficient, and professional! They were able to get someone out to me within a few hours of my call, and then he was able to get me totally fixed up in only a few hours more. I went from “I need help!” to “good to go!” in less than half a day.

Jim’s attention to detail during the periodic maintenance check was exemplary. He discovered a failed damper we had not noticed. It resolved 2 rooms which had seemed hot in the summertime, but we thought were due to the windows getting a lot of sun. We consistently get great service from Heritage Heating & Cooling!
