Always great service, they always hand me prescription, never feel obligated to purchase glasses from them, but why not 😇 - I do. Been coming to Family Eyecare for years, Dr. Ernst always personable, Staff is amazing. Jazmine was super sweet and attentive.
I have been a patient at this practice for many years and always had thorough and courteous service. They have always been very responsive to any questions and to the occasional times I needed adjustments or new lenses for my glasses.
My recent visit was a post op check after cataract surgery. I was seen right at my appointment time and appreciated the thorough exam and checks to ensure that my eye was healing correctly after the surgery.
We had an outstanding experience during a recent visit with Dr. Ernst. From start to finish, the level of care, bed side manners, and attention to detail was exceptional. Dr. Ernst is incredibly knowledgeable with vast experience. He takes the time to thoroughly explain every step of the exam, making sure his patients understand their eye health and all available options. It’s clear that patient care is a top priority.
