Our repairman Josh,knew exactly what he had to do so quick, I was amazed. Josh told us that he would take care of the repairs and not to worry. He explained that he couldn't go any further on the toilet.until he check with toilet. Ins. to make sure it's covered. JOSH Is a good serviceman that really shows he's trying to help the customer out as much as he can. He's a fast worker that gets things fixed and done the right way. We would reccommend Josh for any job.

Very friendly and knowledgeable installers. And very courteous too. But the parts and service that I had to pay out-of- pocket after the home warranty seemed way out of line.
