Lovely, friendly, safe, and oh-so-clean--this place has it all! The luxury modern decor and up-to-date pedicure and manicure options are just what I needed before my upcoming trip to Chicago for a law conference. With the week already flying by (thanks to the holiday), I didn't want to rush getting my Elle Woods vibes ready . My nails turned out beautifully, and I highly recommend the Volcano CBD pedicure. It's a splurge, but when it comes to wellness and self-care, spare no expense. And while I usually find myself wiping the card for these little luxuries, next time, I might suggest that my handsome gentleman treat himself or even spoil me for a change! But wait, he doesn't spare any expense regarding our elegant dining experiences, so I'm already a fortunate lady. Until next time, Sierra
The visit started off in a very bad way. The technician (male) was rude, aggressive, and combative. I had asked for my natural nails to be trimmed before the application of the tips. He did so, but not without me further pushing the matter and insisting on it. Then, as the tips were being applied, some were very askew. I asked for this to be rectified and was again met with resistance. Finally, as I attempted to explain to him that one of my fingers can't bend correctly, and asked why he was acting this way and he just up and left. However, all that aside, I was quickly placed in the hands of another technician. Amy was amazing, thorough, detail oriented and friendly. Despite her letting me know that she hadn't previously done this shape/style, she absolutely knocked it out of the park. I would see her again without hesitation and would recommend her to my friends and family if they were looking for a nail tech. AMY, YOU ARE FREAKING AWESOM
Idk what they put on my feet but it caused such a reaction. Never had this happen. The gal just kept going on. Then she filed my right great toe too much that it bled. No apologies. I was hesitant to even come here as their other location in Shilo had issues with reservations. Their sister location called serenity has been my favorite. After all was said and done they apologized at the end and took a some $ off my treatment. It just makes me anxious to ever want to go back!
