I spoke with Thomas regarding an inspection we had done on our home by another company, and he was able to point out not only how vastly different reports can look, but how incredibly important it is to have not only a comprehensive list, but also a list which isn't overwhelmed with tiny things so much that it floods the huge things out and there's NOTHING to distinguish which problem areas are big and which are small and possibly insignificant....unless your report is done by Illiana Home inspection!! they have categories that breakdown what is most critical and what your eyes should be drawn most to, which hindsight is 20/20 now! Thomas was VERY thorough in his answers and in telling us what we should do and document to get through our tough situation. if you're questioning who to call, look no further! I wish we had called him FIRST.
