I literally HATE going to the dr!!! Like, to the point that i have to be practically dying before i will willingly go! So it's really saying something that i don't mind seeing Casey at all! She actually LISTENS to my concerns and offers options suited to ME, not just textbook treatment. She doesn't waste time lecturing me about things she knows I'm not going to do and doesn't order a bunch of tests I won't follow through on. If she feels a second opinion is needed, she will say so and recommend a specialist...and she doesn't make me feel like her hospital is the ONLY one where i can see the specialist. I felt very comfortable talking with Casey Anderson. She listened to everything and was very informative about medicines and addressed all my concers. Very happy that she is my PCP.
As with my other visits at the Horizon Health Oakland Clinic I met a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff without wait times. Able to get an appointment quickly and any necessary blood work has been done right at office. Their online portalgives me quick access to results and the office staff also follows up with a phone call. Can easily request prescription med reorders by calling or online portal and the pharmacy has always received the order on the same or next business day. Any testing ordered has been done at Horizon Health Paris Community Hospital with testing scheduled within days of being ordered. A convenient and we'll run operation!
