This is the worst apartment maintenance service we have ever had. Two times we were out of hot water, they took two days to respond the first time and we are currently entering day 3 without hot water! In the winter, we also did not have enough heat and had to sleep under jackets. They told us it was an old building and to buy a space heater and that they will reimburse us. They still didn’t. We asked for a spare entrance key several times as well because me and my wife need two keys and we still haven’t gotten it. We don’t even know who our actual landlord is because he/she hides behind an LLC.

Total trash management company. Every single time I have a service issue it takes weeks to get a reply. My heat was out the 1st winter I moved here for a month and a half. I haven't had hot water in my sink for months and can't get a reply. Not worth the effort it took me to press the non-optional 1 star mandatory making.
