Great experience, from the min I called. Receptionist was very professional and knowledgeable. I came in to speak with Millie. Who was very helpful on my complex situation. She made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. Up front pricing, no surprises, 2 day turn around. same price all filed and a neatly prepared tax envelope for me.
Jessica and the Pappas Accounting Group have handled my taxes for years, and I highly recommend them. Jessica is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s a huge relief knowing I have such a reliable team on my side.
We have been utilizing Jessica as Pappas Accounting for many years. She consistently provides excellent service. She is quick to respond to communications and is readily available to meet during the tax season to ensure we are comfortable with our filings. We have referred friends and family to her, and we will continue to do so!!
