I should have never went to this shop. I have had my hair braided countless times by the Africans. I have never received poor customer service from a shop that I am paying to do my hair. They are rude, disrespectful, and have no professional skills at all. They were rude to me and my 5 year old niece, They braided my hair so tight, I have sores i my hair. I would sue, but there would be no point. If there was a way to pick no stars, they would have it. I recommend not to go to that shop.

I should have followed the reviews attitude poor work and she was not there after calling my phone when I left the first time she said she was there lies smh she show up 6 hours latter while someone else started on my hair she showed up and the two of them finished it was a poor a** job did not follow directions for simple braiding all uneven if I had not been there all day I would have caused a problem however I was worn out ...bad experience ever and I will Never do business with this shop in Forrest park or Broadview ever again these two shops work together ...

I got my hair done and half way through my scalp was on fire. I told her it was too tight but she kept braiding. I had to take my braids down the next day it hurt so bad. I knew something was wrong when she didn't blow dry my hair out in the beginning. I will never go back and will not recommend anyone to go there.
