I usually have a great experience when I get pedicures here, but this time was disappointing. I was assigned a new technician who seemed more focused on talking than on the service itself. My nails were left uneven and not properly filed, and he stepped away several times during the pedicure. It felt like the training for new staff may be lacking. I used to love this place, but after this experience, I’m hesitant to return.

I have been coming here for years. Well over 5 years at this point and baby when I say today blew my mind. I have referred over several consistent customers here over the years. I had a long day at work and just wanted my feet and nails done for we go on vacation tomorrow. My normal guy is Mike but I didn't call ahead so he was busy with a customer and they were closing early. I said sure just send someone my way. Pedicure lady didn't do what I asked her to do when it comes to my cuticles and sides of my nails on my toes. Not that she couldn't she said she didn't want to do it.
