TERRIBLE, he gave my siblings and I braces FOR YEARS 7(+). Funny story, at a bar with a friend and she goes “ you won’t believe how long I had braces for” I go “hold on, did you have Dr. Thomas” in hilarious shock we fall down in confirmation that WE BOTH had DR.THOMAS. AND that’s how you know
I got my braces here when I was a wee lad, no complaints, i never had to wait long and they worked pretty fast, i was sadly one of the few cases who had to get braces and rubber bands on a 2nd time when i was in college because I grew so much, but at least everything for the 2nd round was completely free, i only had them on for 6 months, but it seems that I'll probably have a retainer to wear at night for the rest of my life :/ it can be hard to schedule if you work during the day since they arent open late and i pretty much have to take a day off to go, but it's only once a year that i need check ups now so its not that big of a deal
More than anything, this is a review of Dr. Thomas' dental assistants. A couple were wonderful and extremely professional, but too many of them gossiped with each other while performing services on patients (mostly about tv shows, but sometimes about each other). Let's be clear though, there were a few techs who were wonderful, got to know me, and always did a professional, great job. It's been awhile since I got my braces done; hopefully things have gotten better since then . . . but if I were to assist someone else with finding an orthodontist, I'd have a lot of questions to ask here before returning.
