Studio 21 and her staff is very professional and excellent at color, cut, and extensions. They are very flexible too, which is important for busy professionals. Julienne always gives individual attention. I have a very straight hair and easily show flaws in Studio 21. I was very satisfied with her cuts and I get Studio 21.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR TO THIS PLACE AND TO THE OWNER, I WOULD. This person has no respect for her customers, she does not know how to communicate nice & properly to her customers, she does not know how to maintain customer satisfaction and she certainly does not know how to behave. She is so ill-mannered and unprofessional that I am failing to describe her bad demeanor toward her customers in words. She claims to have been professionaly trained in makeup, henna/mehndi & mani/pedi, that is a lie. Absolute Lie. She does not even know how to apply henna properly.
