I called Prime Appliance Service to have a technician come out and diagnose my dishwasher. Over the phone Victor explained possible issues I could be having and I was actually able to repair my own dishwasher with his instructions. Most businesses would have been happy to take my money so I truly appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions. I will definitely use his services in the future as he was very knowledgeable (next time I will be a paying customer). Thank you!

Victor called to to say he could anrrive earlier than expected. He fixed the problem within minutes,very happy with the price and service.
