This was my first time going to urgent care and the front desk lady was not at all happy to be there. I went on 12/13 and while the nurses were very nice, the front desk lady that evening was insanely rude. When I told her my duration of my symptoms she made a face. How is someone with that attitude supposed to work in healthcare?
The nurse at the front desk encountered an issue with my medical card, but she resolved it quickly. The waiting time was short, and the doctor in charge did her job perfectly. She seems to be a very experienced doctor.
