Had a great experience buying from here with Sean. I scheduled an appointment and came in knowing what car I wanted - we were able to test drive it and had the deal done with financing within an hour of arriving. I couldn't have asked for an easier experience and came out with exactly what I wanted.

This is our second purchase from a Napleton dealership. Both were positive but this experience with Leo was the best. He was transparent, honest and fair and patiently answered all our daughter's questions for her first car. He stayed late into the night to seal our deal and made us feel cared for as human beings. So refreshing. We visited three other dealerships on our search for the right car and were frustrated by misrepresentations, lies and aggressive sales tactics that were all about being greedy and making money. Great experience overall, went in with my parents after having had trouble at other dealerships with last minute markups on vehicles. We met and worked with Sean Darke and he was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire process allowing us to close on car the same day. 5 out of 5 stars I would highly recommend this facility.
