Isabelle was such a delight! Such an amazing service advicor! Customer service was exceptional! Kareem, Erik, Kimberly and I wanted to give her a shout out for all her hard work. They said some amazing things and I agree; kind, caring, hard working. Truly a gem among pebbles.
The staff there are professional, respectful, and knowledgeable about the work they do. I have visited other car repair shops and felt tension in the air and it made me feel the trust issues, but this car repair shop makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will highly recommend it to people that need the service and quality.
We were on our way to hospital and my Sisters Car started making a crazy noise and warning lights coming on. We took it to this Meineke and they put it on the rack and within a few minutes had it fixed and us on our way with the best service I may ever received. 5 stars aren’t enough
