I’ve had many great massages, Venisha, is my absolute favorite! But today I’m giving 5 stars to Jenna, at the front desk in Oaklawn. She was so helpful clearing up some problems I’ve had with my membership, which was at another location. I’ve been misinformed in the past but she corrected it all and was very informative. I thought she was the manager but she informed me she wasn’t, she certainly could be. She was very kind, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and through. It’s people like her that make all the difference in costumer satisfaction. Thanks Jenna, I hope you’re given a big end of year bonus for being awesome!

Went here for a massage after being in extreme pain for 3 weeks...Haley did awesome job...already feeling better...definitely recommend ...bought massage package with no hesitation lol

Today was my first time here, and it might be my last. I booked a massage and add on foot scrub, online. I checked in and was asked if I was still getting the fit scrub.i confirmed. The therapist finished my full body massage and thanked me for allowing her to service me. I asked about the fit service. She had no idea what I was talking about. She said she didn't see any notes about it. REALLY!? How is that when I was asked about it and it was confirmed. The receptionist offered it for free for my next visit. No thanks, I wanted it done today, and as I mentioned at the top of this review, there may not be a next time. First impression was not good.
