My original review was just a start rating. After almost 4 years of bi weekly massages I have to say that I absolutely love this place. The front desk staff know me by name and always make me feel welcome. I've been seeing the same therapist as long as I've had my membership. Alan is fantastic. Very friendly and very good at making me forget about the long shifts I put my body through at the hospital.

I signed up for the membership about a year and I’m so glad I did. Today I took my mother in law for a massage, she is new to massage envy & said she will be returning when she’s in town! I always go to Marcel or Haley, today I had Haley & I couldn’t thank her enough for how professional & spot on she was when I told her all my tense was on my shoulders and neck! The girls up front are always welcoming & helped my mother in law filled out her first time paperwork. For reference, Marcel and Haley are great for deep tissue and firm massages!
