She told me this was only a temporary fix that she didn't charge for and advised me to bring it back to be fixed correctly. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. As with everything, it's not perfect. In those couple of instances, it was inconvenient but the issues were resolved to satisfaction @no additional cost.
