When she could not understand parts of my request she even asked another stylist for advice on proper terminology to ensure she understood what I was trying to communicate.
She asked questions during the hair cut to see if it was to my liking , she would give me a mirror and ask if she needed to go higher, cut more off or blend etc

Literally walked in off the street and Jade cut my hair, Flat out Best haircut I've had in 8 years! This girl has talent - unless she gets scooped up by Hollywood I will be going to her till I leave Chicago, and even then might fly back every 2 months!
My hairdresser Pat was amazing!! She cut my hair how I had asked and was very knowledgeable! Also, she was welcoming and kind. I hope management sees this too. When I return I will be requesting her for sure!!
