I was told that pressing and hemming would be all in one price, my garments were not pressed, the wife claimed it was extra for the pressing. When I went and dropped my garments off the husband was nice but his wife was rude when I went and picked up my garments. She snatched my garments for the pressing.

Needed an item dry cleaned the same day. I missed the 10am cut off time of other cleaners so I went out of my way to try this establishment. The price was ok $10 for 1 item. The item was ready within an hour but the customer service was not personable the woman at the counter was short in answering, did not greet me, and when I picked up the item; said "here" and that was it. Would not visit again.

After being a customer for at least six years I’m done.On what is likely the third or possibly fourth time, an article of clothing was lost. This time I pointed it out before leaving and the he told me he’d reimburse me.So I went to Khols and bought a $45 shirt. Apt 9 brand, nothing fancy.When I brought it in with the receipt (with more clothes to be dropped off for cleaning), the wife wasn’t having it. He brought up shirts of similar color out of what appeared to be a lost and found and asked me to take one of them. I declined since I already made the trip to the store.
