Good service but didn't give me ticket after I pre-paid for service. Got the receipt. When I picked up my clothes, they tried to make me pay again. I had the receipt so I could show that I paid.
I was told that pressing and hemming would be all in one price, my garments were not pressed, the wife claimed it was extra for the pressing. When I went and dropped my garments off the husband was nice but his wife was rude when I went and picked up my garments. She snatched my garments for the pressing.
Needed an item dry cleaned the same day. I missed the 10am cut off time of other cleaners so I went out of my way to try this establishment. The price was ok $10 for 1 item. The item was ready within an hour but the customer service was not personable the woman at the counter was short in answering, did not greet me, and when I picked up the item; said "here" and that was it. Would not visit again.
