“Dr. Vaught is a blessing in my families life. I came to "DOC" with Type 2 Diabetes and Obese. He taught me the food, sun, and cold exposure ways to make my body healthy again. His adjusting technique is smooth and less harsh as compared to manual manipulation. They also have a phenomenal massage therapy office onsite! Thanks Doc for everything you have done for our family!”
“Very happy with this spa. Best massage I ever had! Staff is very friendly. They can get busy, so making an appointment is a good idea.”
“I can't recommend going here enough! After years of struggling with frozen shoulder and chronic lower back pain, I found little relief with treatments like injections, meds, and surgeries at other places.
From my first visit, Dr. Doug made me feel truly seen and heard. He took the time to listen to my concerns and conducted a thorough assessment, identifying issues that other doctors had overlooked. His holistic approach to healing is refreshing and inspiring. Instead of pushing medications or invasive procedures, he focuses on finding effective, non-surgical solutions. For the first time I’m EXCITED to start improving these painful injuries with his help.
I’m looking forward to starting my journey toward healing with the techniques and care offered here. If you’re seeking a compassionate and comprehensive approach to wellness, Integrative Health Solutions is the place to go!”
