The work area was clean after he was finished, and he was consistent with putting on shoe covers. Cole serviced the furnace tune-up, was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain, listen, and answer questions. King has top-notch techs who keep getting better and better. They came out same day for an emergency repair issue for a water leak on a furnace boiler and fixed the emergency plumbing issue the next day with timeliness and efficiency.
I have used King Heating for over 10 years at two different residences and they never cease to amaze me with their service. David S is a magnificent technician if you are lucky enough to get him!
1/23/25 Made a call to TJ at King Heating for some non-emergency Heating Unit repairs at our office. This is my first experience with the company but had this good experience to share. Got a quick follow up call from Amy at their office for more details. She got it scheduled. They were on site and made the necessary repairs before the end of the day! Issues were resolved at tge time of service 👍 Appreciated the follow up and timely service. Thank you! Chuck
