Highly recommend for baby ear piercing. Koz came in early on a Saturday so we had the shop to all to ourselves, and baby wasn’t distracted. He took his time interacting with baby before piercing, seeing how she moved, and explained how he chose exactly where to mark the earlobes. Before beginning, he showed us the earrings and piercing tools (which were all in sterile, unopened bags), and explained what each tool was for. He worked quickly and confidently, so baby’s crying and discomfort was minimal, and thoroughly explained aftercare (saline 3x a day and don’t touch the piercing!). He encouraged us to call with ANY questions, no matter how dumb, saying his job wasn’t done until the piercing was healed. He also said that if an earring came out (only happened once in 10 years), he would stop everything to put it back in that day to minimize baby’s discomfort. The earrings themselves look nice: they are crystal posts with flat backs (so that they don’t dig in to baby’s head), and they can stay in for over 10 years. The shop has many jewelry options, and you can swap out the crystal posts after 6 months if desired. Overall, a great experience!
The staff at BMI are fabulous! I wasn't absolutely sure when I stepped into the shop that I wanted to get my nose pierced. It was a present to myself for quitting a job that had been pulling me under for months. The atmosphere at BMI was fun and everyone was so incredibly kind. Koz took his time to make me feel comfortable and before I knew it even happened, he told me he was finished. No pain....none. If you are wanting any piercing or tattoos done, please stop by and see them. You will not be disappointed!!!! My experience was so amazing....yours will be too!!
