You know when you get in a bind and you need to call someone super reliable and awesome? I had to do that yesterday. In a PANIC because my scheduled photographer for my new listing called TEN MINUTES before she was supposed to be there saying she wasn't feeling well. OK, fine...but you didn't know BEFORE then? Yikes! Oh and no, please don't reschedule for tomorrow because if you are sick...you ain't gonna be over it tomorrow and we don't let cooties in. hahaha If you ever prepped your home for photos, you feel the pain of my clients. It's a very long exhaustive list of what to clean, what to put away, how to clean windows etc...to make your photos PERFECT so I can sell for you for the most money in the least amount of time. He wasn't thrilled when I called him to say she wasn't coming. HOWEVER!!! I called Frank Pavone with Virtual Vista who hopped right to it for me. Got over there in just a few hours and took his signature amazing photos for me. It's a simple home and definitely doesn't show the scope of the things that Frank can do...but aren't they pretty? You know what that means right? He has immediately become one of my preferred photographers!! He should be yours, too!
