BBEWARE*****My husband contacted UOTR to replace our roof due to storm damage, initially they were quick to respond and sent a salesman and inspector out. Then we were contacted by a PSA Company who evidently took over dealing with our insurance company, they received over $17,987 in insurance funds and we never heard from the company again. We have filed reports with our police and are still out the money. We finally paid a local company out of pocket to do the job that we paid UOTR to do.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR PSA PUBLIC SERVICE ADJUSTORS! They are true scam artists!

I contacted Up on the Rooftop late last year and started an insurance claim to replace a roof on a rental property. Initially, UOTR was very professional and set me up with Public AAfter receiving funds from my insurance company, UOTR stopped responding to messages. Bill Steber/UOTR has received over $3,000 and no work has been done. This company is a total scam! I learned a valuable lesson and will hire a local company to do the work.
