Always a great experience at One Salon and Spa. Customer service is very good and staff is always very accommodating. It is also located in an area with great shopping and dining options if someone wanted to explore before or after their appointment. I have been going here for over 10 years and for that period of time, Nicole has always done an amazing job cutting my hair at every appointment!

A huge shout-out to Abby and Amy!!! I was in town for a military ball and wanted to look nice. I haven't worn makeup or had my hair done in years. These 2 ladies made me feel so good and I was so happy with the outcome! I received a lot of compliments and people asked where I went . I was more than happy to share the name of the salon!!!

honestly can't thank this salon enough for the amazing experience I had! I came in on my birthday feeling a little stressed after a last-minute beauty emergency, and the lovely staff completely turned my day around. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, kind, and so professional.

Not only did they fit me in on short notice, but they went above and beyond to make sure I felt special and taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was top-notch, and everyone there had such positive energy—it really lifted my spirits.
