Kim is wonderful! I have learned so much about hair growth and the proper way to remove hair. I’m in perimenopause and was taking Minoxidil by mouth for my head hair, so that increased hair growth on my face. I have been coming in each month for the past several months and am very pleased with the results. I was very surprised with how affordable it is I thought the service would be cost-prohibitive but it really is not! My dermatologist recommended electrolysis because it is the only treatment for hair with no color. Kim is very knowledgeable and transparent with everything! I highly recommend getting lidocaine cream and applying before treatment! Thank you Kim!

I don't usually write reviews but Kim is so wonderful! She's got a genuinely kind way about her and makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. She's fun to talk to.. but gets right down to business as well and is very efficient. She even discouraged me from tipping saying she's the owner and I don't have to tip. Great location. Her place is incredibly clean and pleasant. She doesn't try to sell you anything. It's been about a month and a half of coming weekly and I have so much relief already. This is the best thing I've ever done beauty wise! I would highly recommend Kim.

Excellent service, excellent clinic, and excellent staff that will make you look great. Kim, the owner is very attentive and professional!! Very friendly, very nice and clean. Love it!
