Came here for a conference. Rooms are good, but most importantly the staff are phenominal, especially the event coordinators (thank you again Sandra & Gabby!).
Would suggest holding corporate events here and stopping by if you're in Oak Brook given great location by a huge mall and restaurants!
Today started at 7:30 a.m.at the airport. Day of nightmares. I walked into the hotel at 12:20am.
Steven at the front desk is a God: I called when I landed to double-check on the room, there was a problem with it on my company's side but by the time I got from the airport to the hotel, Steven had corrected it. He had a water ready for me and seemed genuinely excited to see me even though I had never met him in my life. We need more Stevens in life.
This place is thought was just a tad pricey to be sleeping in, but felt safe, I felt like our car was safe outside. The doorman was great and the girls at the desk were fab and friendly. But overall super nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again
