This brokerage is cool ! They respond fast and give really good rates , wanna mention Eddy especially , he is probably the best broker I work with, reliable guy and professional of his job !
We have been working with IGT for a long time, and 90% of the times with Eddy. Their services have been exceptional every time. Overall, the service was easy to schedule and met our timing needs. However, we had a very disappointing experience with one driver who was uncooperative and refused to assist with curbside delivery.
That said, the company took the time to follow up and check on our experience, which shows they care about the service they provide. We believe this driver’s behavior does not reflect the company’s overall standards.
