This massage makes a lot of body sense. Penny’s analogy wherein teeth and gums can only get disease if we don’t sufficiently lifelong brush and floss our teeth is very telling. Why wouldn’t every whole body mass need similar regular direct release?

Wow! I was scared and not sure of this massage. Penny was great at explaining it all!!! Have had neck issues and surgeries , shoulder issue and surgery and I already feel less pain after one 90 minute treatment and only an hour later! Looking forward to sleeping without neck pain tonight!

The Chelios Method is different than traditional massage. Penny’s approach is very strategic. Time will be spent on the specific pain areas with the goal of getting you to be able to move normally again. Definitely worth it.
