I had my first massage (and educational session) a week ago. I was skeptical but the reviews were good so i thought id give it a try. The following morning after my appointment I got out of bed with no aches and pains feelng loose and flexible. Here i am 5 days later feeling the same. I'm looking forward to my next session. As someone who's suffered with chronic, sometimes debilitating pain that requires pain medication more than I like to take it, I have felt significantly better since the massage.
