Been waiting for almost 2 months for a response from this assigned outlet for recently diagnosed severe need for CPaP
Equipment. Several calls, left messages for someone to follow up with me, as they verbally requested on the phone with me, for a designated ‘case worker’ to get in touch with me. No calls backs. Called again today, 2 months now, and they say they have nothing for me there. No account. No information. But, my equipment could not be filled through them. Go call this other company. Do not use this company unless you have to for insurance reasons. If you must use them, follow up with them monthly to make sure that they are billing you correctly. That way you do not receive any surprise bills months and months later that you have to pay and were not aware that you were responsible for. They are very disorganized and way behind in their accounting.

Find another provider that will at minimum pick up the phone during regular business hours.
It starts at the top. Horrible management that doesn't realize that they have a problem of no one answers the phones. Hopefully this company goes out of business because they surely do not want business if no one picks up the phone for replacement orders. Do not waste your time. Choose another company!
