As a professional athlete it is vital I keep injuries aches and pains at bay. I was able to come in and get the problems worked on to help me recover. Very specific, great environment. I walk out feeling better every time

I've never written a review for anyone or anything before but I felt it was absolutely necessary to write a review for Tetianna. Mixed Manual Therapy stands out in a way that truly deserves to be recognized.
I've gone to other massage therapists not really feeling better afterwards and not knowing the next steps to take care of my body. Tetianna truly helps me feel at my best immediately and also does an amazing job instructing you on what you specifically need to do as an individual to consistently feel good.
