    I’ve been bringing my classic Corvette to Breaking Point Auto for the last couple of years, and they continue to exceed my expectations every single time. This veteran-owned business brings that same discipline, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship you’d expect from those who served our country — and it shows in every job they do.
    You can spot them right off Willow Rd — they’re housed inside the Shell station, and you can’t miss the place because the lot is always filled to the brim with the coolest classic rides from the area.     Best shop in Northern Illinois. Ivan & his guys are professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. They treat you like family. Their pricing is more than reasonable. I highly recommend them especially if you have a classic car.

    We drive to Breaking Point Auto from Chicago because Brian has always taken such good care of our car for us. He’s a wonderful mechanic, honest, and very reasonably priced. We trust him, which is one of the most important qualities in a mechanic.
    After moving back to Chicago I was referred to Brian by my stepmother. He’s gone above and beyond helping her in an emergency situation, and helping us as we just bought an old, cheap, used car. He’s given us tips on ways to save money and even checked in on me to make sure the car was running well afterwards.
    He’s a genuinely good human being with lots of good karma coming his way.
