WellCare lied about my coverage and being able to keep my doctors. I am a cancer survivor and their lies have put my health in jeopardy because I could not keep the oncologist and care that I’d had. Now I’m trying to set everything up again with the insurance I should have never left.

I can not say enough good things about everyone that helped us through this whole process! Everyone from reception to the visiting nurse were kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring during a very stressful time for my family! I don't know what we would have done without them!

With the new home health regulations, we have run into companies that have an unacceptably long lag time to start of care , fragmented communication, and care issues . Boris is super amazing and sends a professional to evaluate and make the process as seamless as possible , whether by onsite assessment or medical review from the hospital and skilled nursing facility progress notes, with particular attention to the frail patient and family education and support .This is especially noteworthy considering the complexity of providing in home care.
