I have had spots on my carpet for several years (probably around 8 yrs) and have had two previous carpet cleaning companies try to get the spots out while cleaning the carpet in the past. I thought it was a lost cause and was actually contemplating replacing the carpet. I called Unique this time and although they are not cheap ALL the stains came out which had been there for many, many years. They said the previous cleaners probably only steamed it while they also shampoo which makes a huge difference. I am so pleased with the job they did. Yes, I was astounded! Jose and his team did an exceptionable job on EVERY carpet and rug in my house. They moved all the furniture, and moved it back exactly where they found it…and then some. Wonderful job! Thank you so much!

Jose and Hugo did an excellent job.I needed my living room carpet stretched and cleaned and it looks brand new. Efficient, clean and protected all wall surfaces from potential damage from the hoses they use. I highly recommend Unique!
