The staff is super friendly and professional. I've been going here for years (when it was still Lauren's) and always have great experiences. I think some of the other customers need to relax and remember how important it is to be courteous when receiving customer service.

I have been using Tide Cleaners, previously Laurens, for years now. Everyone working there is very customers-oriented and such a pleasure to work with. I use once a week pick up and delivery service and have no complaints about the quality of their work, and their prices are very reasonable. My service man is James and I love to see his smiling face grace my doorway every Monday. He is kind, chatty, hard working, and a true gentleman. I highly recommend them!Services: Laundry wash & fold
