I've tried to get them to come to my new house for an inspection twice now. They randomly cancelled the first appointment, which I found out after calling when they didn't come (they'll give you a two hour time frame so you just wait). First call, they hung up on me right when I said my name. Second call, they apologized for cancelling the appt and set another one. The second try, they just didn't show up. Most unprofessional people I've tried to work with.

I called last week to make an appointment due to finding mice in my basement. They first switched the day on me, and then on the phone they asked if I actually needed them to come out or if I am overreacting, I told them I did need them. Day of the appointment came and went and never heard from them. It has now been a week and there has been no inspection or contact from them. I tried making another appointment online and no one has followed up on that one as well. So going to go with someone else I guess.
