I don’t know much about this business, except they fly a flag in front of the building that says “PRACTICE RADICAL EMPATHY”. That attitude matters to me! Seems like the kind of people who should get our business, so I’ve made a note of it for the future.

Scott Simpson Design + Build worked with us from the initial idea of building a new home through home completion. They were a joy to work with; fully invested in making sure the project exceeded our expectations. We never had to mediate between the architect and the builder (often a problem when it's not a design/build firm), which allowed us to stay on budget and get what we wanted design-wise. The whole team was on the same page, and worked extremely well with their subcontractors. Monthly reporting was timely, accurate and reassuring.
