The worst product ever! Don't buy from this company ever. I order a replacement salt system to my aquatrol. They sent me a piece that should be "exatly" as the original, but is not. I already sent the part to be replace because it was saying it was to hot and the salt level was reading wrong. I installed the new part and now says is to cold and the salt levels are to high 4700ppm, but with the salt meter, I am reading 2700 ppm.. 350 dollars wasted and the are completely unhelpful!
Will not return emails Really Bad Reviews on the website. I called and talked to someone but had a very hard time understanding him . Trying to return a Super Salt Cell but they won’t give me an address. My bank refunded my money and canceled my credit card. Just want to return the item so the Salt Pool Store doesn’t think I’m going to steal it from them!
Don't use this company. We bought a t-cell and it was defective. Returned it and still no reply from email or form that was filled out on their website. Had to buy another one and out $$$$$.
