This online store front is truly crooked. Site is a pure crook. Received order and cell was defective with a crack and leaked! Do not waste your time or money. Out $500 for a defective unit and warranty coverage that is awful and no service. RUN!!!!! DO NOT PURCASE!!!
Do not order anything from this company. I purchased a salt cell two years ago that comes with a 5 year warranty and it died a few months ago. First off, they do not have any contact information other than an email which I have sent pictures of the receipt, my cell reading and my contact info. I’ve been sending emails for three months and they will not respond. Still haven’t heard anything.
A total disgraced of a company. It should be shutdown and investigated for fraud. Stay far away from this corrupt company. I bought a chlorinator cell that stopped working and they don’t answer emails or phone calls. Shame on you!!!
