Do not order anything from this company. I purchased a salt cell two years ago that comes with a 5 year warranty and it died a few months ago. First off, they do not have any contact information other than an email which I have sent pictures of the receipt, my cell reading and my contact info. I’ve been sending emails for three months and they will not respond. Still haven’t heard anything.

A total disgraced of a company. It should be shutdown and investigated for fraud. Stay far away from this corrupt company. I bought a chlorinator cell that stopped working and they don’t answer emails or phone calls. Shame on you!!!

The warranty states 5 years. Mine only lasted about 2 years. You can't call anoyone cause their phone disconnects. They don't answer emails. I can't believe they are still in business with a one star rating. My bad I should have seen their ratings before purchase. You are better off buying an orginal salt generator (name brand) than their junk.
