The warranty states 5 years. Mine only lasted about 2 years. You can't call anoyone cause their phone disconnects. They don't answer emails. I can't believe they are still in business with a one star rating. My bad I should have seen their ratings before purchase. You are better off buying an orginal salt generator (name brand) than their junk.

Unfortunately, what everybody has said below is all facts! Do not use this company.My cell lasted four 1 month and if you call the company , your phone call gets dropped immediately

I have one word of advice for anyone thinking about buying from this company… that word is RUN!!! Don’t do it!! It’s a total scam. They use companies with different names (shell companies?). You NEVER get your product. And you ESPECIALLY NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM!!! Please, DON’T but anything from this scam/ sham/flimflam!!!
