Heed the warning.... DO NOT buy from this deceiving ripoff scammer company! They sell inferior JUNK products . The salt cell doesn't work property causing False salt level readings. The company claims to have a five year warranty but refuses to honor it & requires the Customer pay shipping to return the useless product . Once the product is returned. They've taken advantage of the customer again The customer receives an Invoice for " prorated " $200 for replacement product that originally cost $359. Customer service is a JOKE . This company is horrible. Do not buy from them. I bought two salt cells from them (T15). Both only lasted a few months. I had the 2nd one as a spare. I sent the first one that went bad back under the supposed "5 year warranty" and they said I needed to pay to ship it to them, which I did. Before they even received the package I paid alot to send, they sent me an email stating, under the terms of the 5 year warranty, I could buy a new one at 30% off of Full retail and that was my warranty. I purchased a pool pilot knock off last year as a replacement. Turns out I had different issue and did not use cell until year later. Once I hooked it up it immediately leaked from the pins that the wire attaches to. After returning I learned what the actual 5 year warranty meant. Total scam. They want me to spend $200 again to see if the new one would work? Absolutely not. Now that I read these reviews I feel even worse for even trying to save a buck and not digging in further. The only thing I can say is that we seem to have enough issues to start a class action suit. Stay tuned!
