They charge $200 to just come and give you estimates. The chemicals are priced exactly 3 times what you get from retailers. Price gouging - it might be ok if you are rich and don't want to bother to compare prices.

I got scammed. Came in with specific question about possibility of getting rid of algae in 2 weeks as I was selling the house and need it to be done by a certain date. I had asked if this was at all possible or I should just drain and acid wash.I had shared all the details about the pool, the plaster, the condition, showed the pictures. Explained what has happened (the pool wasnt drained and acid washed when opened).I was told that I need to buy $280 worth of chemicals and was reassured all will be gone if I follow direction.Nothing worked AND I when I called the store back I was connected to another gentleman, who had told me that they drain and acid wash their pools...read full review

These people are awful. They quoted a pool closing at $1500 like he was doing me a favor. Huh? I asked them "what is included in that?" they clean my already sparkling clean pool cover, drain the pool, blow out the lines, add anti freeze, and put the cover on. Oh and shrink wrap the heater, which, if u have a clue is actually not recommended as it attracts varmints. I figure their profit margins are around 2000%. They pay the 19 year old doing the work 17 an hour, plus 20 to 30 bones in antifreeze and 7 bucks in wrap, which they mark up from 3 so are making another 120% profit on that too.
