When was very professional and worked very hard on one of my sofas to get all of the pet hair removed both sofas look like brand new and my two area rugs are beautiful. He cleaned up after himself and was very very good at what he did. highly recommended.
Vasil was our cleaner/tech. He was on time, courteous, and appeared to be very thorough he even gave valuable advice about future rug cleaning. The quality of our rug (one is a very large area rug)and upholstery cleaning was excellent. Scheduling was hassle-free, and communication with Kate was fast and easy. I would happily use Windy City Rug cleaning again.
This is my second rug cleaning from Premier. The first was with Windy City Carpet Cleaning. A year ago WCCC merged with Premier. Same good service, same polite and respectful technicians. I look forward to calling them again next year.
