I was looking for a company I could trust to take care of my personal laptop, which was sluggish and freezing up quite a bit, I asked around and Micro Tech was recommended by both family and friends.

Starting with my phone call to the Office Manager, everyone was courteous, and professional . I was kept informed along the way of what was wrong and what was needed and it was returned to me like new.

It's nice to find a company you can rely on and trust with your personal information.

I have been working with Micro Tech for over 20 years, their expertise and reliability is astounding! They have repaired and built so many computers (laptops and towers) through the years, as well as repaired and built new servers. They are quick to troubleshoot any issue I or other staff have had and are detailed in their explanation of how my/ our issue was fixed.Everyone at Micro Tech (Mark, Mike, Janet and Tom) are as nice as can be and I highly recommend working with them !
