This was a reputable builder years ago. Those days are long gone. Main Keys of the company have all left. This person will underprice a job to get the business. Could not give references. Always gave excuse too meeting prior clients. There is a very good reason behind this. Stay away now or be taken and be ready for legal battles. This guy doesn’t care about you , your budget or a timeline. 90% of the trades that were supposed to do the house said they refuse to work with this person anymore cuz they never received payment from GC. Plenty others people around hungry trying to make a name with there knowledge and will to please clients. This one is a smooth talker. Not... read full review
