I think the young ladies who work here are always very pleasant and do their jobs well. I've been disappointed many times over the years in witnessing how some North Shore customers treat them. Please be kind. These are just young people getting started in life and trying to make a few dollars. Leave your privilege and petulence at the door on the way in. Do better. Ps. Tip them please!

Haley is just the sweetest person! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. Who ever comes to this salon will have their day brightened by the expertise and professionalism of LA Tan staff, especially Haley. Thank you.

First let me say some of these reviews from 2017 and 2018 should be deleted. I have been a member here since 2016 and believe me there was times prior management could have been nicer. Overall I love this place! It is clean, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy going in and being greeted with smiles and be helpful people. Sometimes people that review from 1 bad experience need to understand not all staff members are the same and all people like to be treated with kindness.
